Event is open to the community; doors are open in Weight room for parents to see then go sit on bleacher and enjoy your Warriors and lady Warriors working out.

At the end, 3 warriors and 2 lady warriors will judge which mom baked the best cake. All cakes will be eaten by players and community members. Come and join the fun as we conclude Phase One of Strength & Conditioning.
